I started my career as an engineer before moving into payments, banking and product. That technical foundation still shapes how I work: I like understanding how systems work — but more importantly, why we should build something in the first place.

Over 12+ years I’ve worked across engineering, product ownership and product leadership, most recently owning the digital commerce platform for the largest market of a global food group — app, web, and the middleware and integrations behind them.

Today I’m particularly interested in how AI is changing product development — not only as a capability inside products, but as a way for product people to prototype, validate and build ideas much faster.

WENUP

A shift-calendar app for Thai nurses that uses Gemini vision to read a photo of the ward roster, convert it into structured shift data and fill in the month — which the nurse reviews before anything is saved.

  • Tested sending the whole table against sending one row before designing the UI — the row won: 30/30 cells, ~5 s, ≈ ฿0.01 a scan
  • Unknown codes are skipped, never guessed; nothing is saved until the nurse reviews it
  • Other nurses' rows never leave the phone — the accuracy fix was also the privacy fix

A bilingual pet-rehoming platform for Thailand, built to help owners choose the right home — not just the first reply.

Adopters apply through one shareable page. AI screens each application into a summary, red flags and follow-up questions in the owner’s language, and drafts the post that finds adopters. It never approves or declines anyone — the owner decides. Contact details are stripped before anything reaches a model, and if every AI provider fails, a rule-based screen takes over. Designed, built and operated independently.

A browser extension that nudges healthier work habits — eye rest, movement and water — without tracking anyone.

Break reminders pause when you’re away from the keyboard. The streak counts only days you were actually at the computer, so a weekend off doesn’t break it — and a browser left open on an empty desk doesn’t keep it alive. No accounts, servers or analytics. Built and published independently with AI-assisted development.

Software engineer

Computer engineering degree, then built Smart TV video-on-demand and hybrid mobile apps (HTML5, JavaScript, JSON APIs) — where the shift from engineer to product began.

Learned how systems actually work.

Payments

Samsung Pay — partner integrations, global service deployment, vendor delivery. Also coordinated with an e-wallet partner to launch the Galaxy Gift Card as a prepaid marketing tool, and built the first local pre-order & gift redemption site, working closely with marketing from Galaxy S8 onward.

Learned commerce plumbing and partner ecosystems.

Banking

TTB Bank commercial digital — built and owned an internal platform for onboarding new juristic (corporate) customers: account opening and KYC.

Learned to ship inside compliance.

Technical product

Minor Food Group — Channel Product Owner for Swensen's and The Pizza Company, the group's two largest brands, across app and web; then Development Manager leading eight in-house developers on both brands' apps.

Learned to sequence work across competing brands, then to lead builders.

Product leadership

Jollibee Foods Corporation — Director of Product (Apr 2026–present), promoted from Senior Technical Product Owner (Feb 2024–Mar 2026). Own the Philippines digital commerce platform — app, web, and the middleware and integrations behind them — manage two product owners, and guide product teams in North America and Malaysia.
